Preventive Care

Introduction

Preventive care is more like proactive care — avoiding diseases and other harms to your teeth before it reaches a critical point.

One of the many things that you can do for preventive dental care is adjusting your diet. What you eat or drink impacts the health of your teeth and gums. Another form of preventive dental care is by brushing your teeth twice a day and flossing after brushing to remove plaque and any food that gets in between gums and teeth.

Here are some preventive care services we offer. Please feel free to call or walk-in to our SW Calgary clinic, if you’d like to have an appointment with Dr. Park and the staff.
